This machine easy to use is manufactured according to the system of frying sesame.The freing are made of thick sheet metal with a 45 degree inclinaison not to be deformed.The thicness of the sheet metal is 4mm.As the internal surface of the pan is smooth.The sesame do not be sticky.The turning power of the pan is performen by the motor with gear in order to obtain the turning power the most suitable and favourble system is choosen.Theturn of the pan is 26 returns/min.The sesame are fryied during 100 to 110 minute by this machine.The weight of the sesame pan is 150 kgs.Its dimensions diameter:100cm length 90cm the sesamepans can be manufactured in differnt diameters and dimensions on the demand.The frying heat in the pans is 160c. thanks to the specially isolated furnace the heat lost is reduced to minumum the motorine,lpg,or fuel oil can be choosen according to the fuel type.The machine is made of black sheet metal in order to fry appropriately the sesames.The furnace is isolated wıth the dyed sheet metal.It be manufacture how you can and also,chrome and sheet metal.
